Saw a bunch of friends today - first time since christmas. I got quite a few comments on the weight loss. Feels good. Almost 3/4 of the way there to my initial goal...then we'll reevaluate and decide if/what how much more to go.
Think I'm going to have to start doing more on the exercise front...have only been walking so far...I know if I make it part of my routine, I'll be able to do it...just need to get myself to that point ;)
