Well I failed again yesturday went haywire Im all over the place with looking for a property in france or portugal it's putting stress on me and emotional eatings here again
BUT Having said that I used the measuring tape and found Im still the same size I was earlier in the year when I weight much lesser!
bust 35
waaist 29(a fraction just under to be honest)
stomach 33
hips 34 1/2
all measured in inches!
so clean start again back on the horse hahaha

You can do this!! Plan, plan, plan and make room for a treat! It always helps me to have a treat because my body is so not a temple of health and virtue.....I have weakness and I know it LOL ;)

thanks all needed that just had old faithful beans on toast!but had currants in what Im having fruit all be it dried! on the stress front more to add Im afraid as mum has had a claim made against her and she 's stresses so I am too :( cleaning the house today see how much I can do and Its full filling to sit down at tea time and see how clean everything is ! I m going to try and eat every three hours today all in my intake allowance of 1,600 Im trying for which is ample for the foods Im on ! gotta go all coffee time now mmmm.thanks again

Stresses are always going to happen. You have to decide if you are worth caring for and feeding healthy foods even when things are stressful. Life won't stop being stressful for us to get and keep weight off. Best wishes.
