Made it to the gym today. Day 1 of 5 for this wk. I did weights, wanted to do some cardio but my head was killing me! So I did the workout that I found on the Women's Health website. Its a 6 wk running plan. After I complete it, I should be able to run for 30 minutes non-stop. That would help with me wanting to run a 10K.
I didn't eat very well today. I started off fine but then ate out for dinner and my snack. I've noticed that I don't get full when I just eat a piece of fruit for snack. I have to have like a small meal to feel full.
I really wish I had a workout partner. That's is what I needed @ the gym today, to give me that push. I only did like 2 sets out of the 3 I was supposed to do. I like lifting and I think I'm going to go that route to lose weight. I believe that when I lost weight last summer I was lifting and liked (for the most part) what I saw.
So, one day @ a time. Going to wake up and focus on tomorrow and having a better workout. G'night FS.
