I am starting my own diet. It's not really a diet, more of a lifestyle change. Diabetes runs in my family and I know I need to turn things around, especially for my daughter! The atkins diet is just too much meat for me! My husband loves it, but I just can't eat any more meat, eggs and cheese. So, I have to do it my way, and it may take longer, but at least it is a diet i can live with! Everybody has to do what works for them, right?
