I was beginning to crack, feeling tired of counting and measuring sugars and carbs. Reminiscing about the old days when I'd just give in to whatever craving I had; cookies, pizza, cupcakes. I think I was getting bored with my diet. I finally remembered to look for Zevia when I was at the store today. Just being able to drink a cola, seems to be helping. I really want to be able to keep up this way of eating and not go back to my unhealthy sugary life. I still need to lose at least 20 lbs before July, my daughter's wedding. I don't want to gain back any of the 19 lbs I've already lost. I'm writing this so I can get it out of my system and commit to continuing to make healthy choices. OK.

You can do it...you have done so well, keep the motivation going :-) Perhaps you need to try some new foods in your diet - a little variety might help you stay on track. Hang in there!

Hang in there I lknow how you feel. So keep on planning and before you know it you would have reach your goal. I feel just like you because today I want an apple.

Yes hang in there, I think about the old day back in Jan. before I started my diet too, but you can't let that part get to you. You have to try to imagine how healthy and how great you will look when you reach your goal. That is what I try for. I put an old pic up on my fridge and everyday I think about cheating, I look at it. Somedays for example the weekends, I will let myself have something a little off the diet for a little reward, but I don't go overboard or I know I would fall off the diet completely. :) Try it and keep up the good work. You have come to far to give up now. :)
