Not done this for a while.....it was one plate too many to keep spinning over the last few weeks.

Diet is going well - with perhaps a little lack of vegetables generally. Although I aim to start correcting that over the next week.

Feeling very tired at the moment - combination of v. long shifts, night shifts and two children and studying and a cold to boot! I have my mock exam in a weeks time and am already feeling anxious and sick in my stomach!!!

Still have my study planned and have made room for some workouts too so hopefully they will help me destress.

18 days till we go to G and spend 2 whole weeks with S.
