Well, today is the day!! The day I no longer can lie on the couch, no longer baby my leg, no longer can come up w/any excuses not to sweat; today is the day my classes start...yikes!!!! 6pm Zumba, 7pm Pilaties, and possibly 8pm Yoga....who's idea was this????? I know is sounds like a lot to jump in with, but before I got sick and leg got hurt I used to do this every week. So I know I can do it again... LOL...well that is what I am saying right now, ask me again tomorrow. So now it's classes Monday as listed above, then Zumba on Wednesdays and mabye Yoga, and I have my bike back from the shop so I have to follow through with my plan to ride my bike a couple of days a week. I have hit a plateau so this should kick it moving again, right??? hmmmm....

Between this new schedule and all the outside garden work that is piling up looks like I am getting back to being me. At first I didn't miss me, but now that I am well and feeling so much better I am getting antsy and anxious. I find that "I" am ready to come back out again and work in the yard, sweat in classes, be more social, and yes this time even start riding my bike. So welcome back to me!

.............we'll see how much I stand by that statement tomorrow when I get up!
