I got caught up in life the last few months and I quit recording my food and exercise and wasn't weighing myself each week . . . then I started cheating on what I ate, telling myself "well, it's just this one time" then there would be another "one" time, and another, and they got closer and closer together until I pulled the scale out one day and got on it realized I had gained 5+ pounds and I was just sick about it. I knew what I had done and I also knew what I had to do, so . . . I started back again this week trying to record what I eat, Hard getting back into recording and hard to keep myself from cheating, but it's a start and hopefully in a couple weeks, I will be back on track again!! Happy Easter!! :)

Me too,in the semi is hard to eat right,on time or just get three meals in. I too am beginning again and it's hard to do,but summer calls my name and the VS swimsuits I bought need to be worn.
