as mentioned ...been really sick and nauseated found out today have a kidney stone and must return to the hospital with in the next 24-48 hours to discuss its prompt removal especially since i only have one kidney...0.o so being as sick as i am im finding it hard to keep up with the proper intake of foods and and carbs and such....thinks will be mostly on a liquid diet for a few days to a week...wish me luck

Good luck to you. I am sorry you are going thru this. Kidney stones can be terribly painful.
Keep your fluids up that is really important cause you don't want to dehydrate. Try some chicken or beef broth, and plenty of water.

thanks for the love and the advice and your right ... this thing is horribly painful :( need to go have it removed asap so thinking first thing monday as the doc isnt back in till then but if i should have any further problems before then will just return to the hospital...
