So true! I think slow loss is more likely to produce result in sustainable weight in the end. You have a longer time to get into all your new lifestyle habits.

I agree 100%. I also had to look at what kept me at a slower loss and what helped with successful small losses each week. For me I added more vegetables an fruit and less meat. Good luck to all.
