3 weeks ago i realized my birthday was creeping up fast and that i was no where near my weight loss goal, since then i have been hitting the gym hard and counting every calorie that goes into my mouth and its paying off!
69.5 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
