So I have taken a decision today October 3rd that I will seriously and I mean seriously take this weight loss business serious now not that I was not serious but looking at my progress if you call it that it will take me more than two years to loose weight .when I started on the 6th August I was at 99.0 and now 8 weeks later I have only lost 2.8 kg my weight is like a yoyo and now I must take responsibility. So I want to do the following.
1.weight myself only once a week on Monday eat 3 meals a day
2. stop eating dairy I am lactose intolerant.
3.Stop to eat red meat especially beef.
4.Update my food journal daily.
5.No starchy food after lunch.
6.2 liters of water daily.
7 No sugar or milk in my tea/coffee
8.No soda (I think here I have won cause I have drunk soda for at least 18 months).
9.No food after 8pm
10 Water Water and Water.
So who is with me my target is that in the next 8 weeks 5kg must go So expectation is Monday 4 December my weight must be 91kg So I will need a lot of support. So who is with me.I can do this.So can u.🌻👭
96.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

well done to you all for taking on this challenge @Yolanda Henning maybe i must try that no alcohol for the month of Oct as well, not that i drink alot , but sometimes a cider or 2 over the weekend.

Saige18 I also don't drink alot but mostly have a few glasses of wine or a cider here and there over the weekends. I did not find it to be difficult as yet as I have coffee or sparkling water at braai's or visiting friends it is mind over matter. You can do this

Im in, I am currently 93kg and I have a goal weight of between 75 and 78 that is my pre babies weight. I have 5 children. At first i decided to eat reduced portions but i would always pile up the plate and end up feeling guilty. I love bread and could eat 10 slices a day. So i have now changed my diet. Reduced carbs max 2 slices of bread a day, I eat protein and veggies in the afternoon and evening no eating after 1800hrs. No cakes, sweets, biscuits, I am still weaning my self from sugar in tea. And I am trying to exercise I have not succeeded so far I take on the challenge 5kg in the next 8 weeks
