We are all with you Letago :) Mondays are the worst days to ever weigh yourself for an official weight. Weekends can sometimes be unpredictable and you get heavy on whatever you consume on the weekend. Perhaps move your weigh-in to later in the week to give your body a chance to digest and pass whatever you consumed on a weekend. Add fast days to your week of maximum 500 calories and also read up on the rules of Intermittent Fasting. Many of us are having great and sustainable success with it :)

I am also with you my aim is also to loose 5 kg before Christmas. And like Tanya I start every Monday and by Wednesday all effort is out the door. You will see I put a post on the 1st of October to start being serious and consistent and be accountable. So so far so good. I am also doing sober October so no alcohol what so ever for this month. I think we can all do it as we have each other for support and we just need to get up and make a decision each morning to stick to our clean eating and exercise for that day.

100% behind you. You can and should be very proud of yourself for what you have lost. I think it's awesome. Slower is always better. Less chance of resorting back to your old bad habits. Good luck. Wishing you a very successful journey xx

Also try have 1g protein per kg of body weight. To be safe minimal 100g.It keeps you fuller for longer.Place 5-6 alarms on your phone set 3hrs apart.every time it goes off.have a protein source. even if its a egg only.Eggs are a complete amino which is what protein is made of.Also with meals. have a sip of water after every bite.first eat protein.structure your eating plan according to your body type. it depends on how much carbs you can have a day without it storing as fat.af dinner only have proteins
