i have again resisted the urge to weigh my self for the second day. Daily weigh ins had become a bad habit. So I have sort of convinced myself that after looking at my diet stats history that checking my secondary metrics should ensure that I get the same results. Therefore to lose 1.5Kg in Oct I think my per day exercise average should be around 3200 and my deficit around 800.
