I've been on my back ALL WEEK. Sunday night I worked a show (a tribute to Queen - it rocked) and when I got home and sat down, I couldn't get back up again. Ouch!
Between the doc visit, the chiropractor, and the pain pills/muscle relaxers/etc., something is working... this morning I'm starting to feel somewhat normal again. Now to go catch up on all the work I've missed this entire week! I'll be sitting on an inflatable donut. :)
Now that spring is trying to come back, it's really time to start making sure I walk at least a half hour every day. My back (and my body) will thank me.
