Ok this site fits in with everything I have been learning. I joined this site at the beginning but never used it, but now I need the support an online community can give me.
I have been getting ready for the sleeve gastric bypass for four months. Its all a process. I had to meet with a psychiatrist, a dietician 4 times, endoscopy, stress test, cardiac cath. I am cleared for surgery. We schedule the operating room friday. I joined a gym and between procedures I average 4 days a week 1 hour per day. I am terrified but I have to get a handle on this weight thing. I am desperate. Imagine if I could lose 100lbs. I was 230 when this current obsession started; so I will go into it 15lbs ahead.
I completed 2 weeks worth of menus today and prepped lunch for the rest of the week. Whats strange is I feel like all my attention and energy is focused around this diet. Will it be like this for the whole year? I discovered the high protein shakes last week. They are delicious. I will post again after tomorrow's workout
