I made it through the holidays. I started the week well, but I have a relative staying with me for the week and the food festival began. I came back to my senses and got back on track. My goal for the my next week weigh in is to reach my 85lb loss goal. I have to lose 2.6lbs. Wish me luck.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
