As you get close to your ideal weight, it gets harder to lose weight just by counting carbs. I found I need to count calories too and watch potion sizes carefully. I would probably lose the last 2 kg quicker if I also increased my excercise.

Yes, this has worked for me too. I have stalled for many weeks and getting so close to target,so I made sure I wasn't too heavy handed with the salad dressing, stopped snacking so much on cheese and cut back on double cream and hey presto! I've lost a couple of pounds already. I'm still eating enough to keep hunger pangs at bay but just being more careful on the calorie front
