Met my treadmill and elliptical challenge. Missed the pedometer though. Current reading is 9588 burned 328 calories. It's apparent that I need to do ALOT more walking. My fear though, is that I will walk in shopping malls and spend money I do not have. So guess - I will walk the treadmill tonite for another 1/2 hour. I know this will not give me the full 1000 calories, but it's an effort.

I am really happy these days. In part b/c I am doing things I really enjoy, like attending weeky bible studies, playing tennis regularly and organizing social events for our community. Who knew?
