Last 7 days have been challenging but I feel so much better with more energy. I'm trying not to get discouraged with the scales as I know my body has to adjust to the changes. 5 miles walking in the evenings and a 1600 caloric intake diet there must be some results coming. Trying to stay upbeat and positive. No excuses!
