Woo hoo! I lost 5 pounds on the EFS for my first week! I'm happy to see those results, but honestly...I have been fluctuating between 135 and 131 for the longest time (on Weight Watchers) and I'd usually be at 135 after the weekend and 131 after the week before starting EFS. Sooooooo, the real test is how this next week's weight loss goes because try as I might I HAVE NOT been able to break 130 for theeeeeeeeeeeeeeee longest time!!!! I think the last time I was below 130 was about 2 1/2 yrs ago!!! It kills me! So, I plan to once again follow religiously both the cardio and diet and am crossing my fingers that by next Monday, I will have FINALLY crossed the 130 barrier!!! I also have total motivation as I'll now be going on vacation in 2 1/2 weeks!
