Met the treadmill challenge yesterday. Walked for an hour. Did not meet the pedometer or elliptical challenge. Pedometer reading: 7333 and burned 334 calories. Not good! Today, I am going to workout earlier, hopefully this will make the difference.

I start my tennis league next week. SOOOOOO excited! Our weekly tennis clinics start tomorrow for 1 1/2. I really want to make the most of this workout opportunity. Alhough, I am a little apprehensive about the tennis uniform. The teeney-weeny skirt thingys intimidate me. I think I will ask for a pass and wear sweat pants. At least until I can confidently wear the teeney-weeny skirt thingy. And that may be awhile. Come to think of it - this could be a great motivator. (smile)
