Feeling better this week.Last week's 1lb gain followed some emotional eating-chocolate followed by more chocolate.We had our beloved 20 year old. cat put to sleep,it was the best and right thing for her.Anyway that 1lb has gone plus a tiny bit more.Out for a meal at friend's house tonight which I will enjoy
