I am hanging on to this way of eating and it's not so bad. My kids were eating an icecream cone dipped in fudge yesterday and it kept my attention for a while but the sugar free coffee candy helped and I enjoyed the little bit more progress the scale showed this morning. When I'm not recording weight enrtries and can't see past weight, I can get discouraged easily because I'm not real patient. However, I can see that the changes are working and I should keep it up; even a small decrease on the scale this next week would be motivating because that blue line really moves and makes the progress so real looking! My jeans fit a bit loser yesterday too - now that's PROGRESS!!
btw, the Cheesy Beef Bake has a "cheesy" name, but it was very satisfying! it's even good as kind of a breakfast casserole. My kids gave it a 4 and a 6 but ate it ok.
