UGH made myself sick, really sick i went on a run on friday i felt great! i got home stretched when to eat lunch and couldn't. By 1pm i was puking my guts out. I dont know whats wrong with me but ugh im so sick of this. I need to work out or my progress is going to go in the negative. I would really like to fit in my clothes again. Today and yesterday have been poor body image days i really need to get back in shape so i can feel good about myself again.....
