Setelah GM 6 hari. Cuma turun 1,5kg:( tapi gapapa pelan-pelan aja. Semangat terus!💪🏼
65.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Salam kenal kak... Ga papa kak, teman saya tiap bln rutin GM beratnya 100 kg. Skr sdh berkurang 20 kg an, Mulai Gm dr taon lalu... Saya bsk jg mau mulai GM, semangat...
