For those of you who might be considering juicing as a way to lose weight, I would recommend a documentary called 'Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead' - you can find it on itunes, Netflix and Youtube. Quite motivational and it definitely works - but difficult to do for sustained periods of time. See what you think.
