So I hate to even enter 130 as my weight because I feel like it will jump back up. I just had a low calorie weekend and lots to do. But maybe it will stay where it is, I will stay on track and I won't squander the burned calories...That's what I'm going to aim for! It should help that husband is out of town for a few days so I can eat whatever and then we go to telluride which will mean eating out at fancy restaurants and drinking but also skiing so hopefully that will balance out!
