bleh, good week at the gym four days total, but also eating a bit more with the increased availability of food. Still 7 lbs???? UGH! I'm really not eating that much more. And the scale is the home scale which I think is inaccurate, I just don't have the patience to get on then get off then get on then get off to try to get a better read. (electronic scale and it CAN vary a good 5# in the morning). Anyway, on vacation beginning today, already made plans to work out and intend to avoid the holiday gain. Send me positive thoughts. I'm sending you mine. :D
