Still holding at same...blah! I did notice though that my waist, hips and thighs went down 1/2 inch each this week...but I want to see the scale move too..wahhh.

Took my walk... 47 mins... and my medicine ball came yesterday so I can start doing those exercises too :) time to start firming up the obliques, abs and tone the arms!

what do you do with your medicine ball while walking?

I bought the Fat Flush Fitness Plan book. They have a section on exercising in phase 2. They suggest walking longer and then the next section was about exercises using a medicine ball. I do them at home, not walking :) Lisa
