Oh my, I had a horrible stomach upset last night. Not sure what caused it. Maybe the spicy cheese and salsa I put on my chicken.
Anyway, it kind of threw off my day today. All I could manage this morning was some oatmeal. I wasn't able to get myself to eat lunch either.
I just finished dinner and am not sure if I should try to get in some more calories before I go to bed. It's been a tough day.
