I'm on day 4 of Phase 1 for EFS and am really sticking to it! Unfortunately, I got on the scale today and really just shouldn't do that! I need to just be patient and wait the week before I weigh myself. I was a little bummed bc I thought I would have lost more than I did bc of all of the cardio I've been doing religously PLUS sticking to the plan. This is why I will wait for next Monday to weigh myself. I promise!!! Anyway, I love reading other posts and everyone's success out there bc it really motivates me!

You look to be exactly where I was at when I started this back in May. Keep at it. This works to my own amazement. Smash that fat!

Don't get in the habit of weighing yourself every day it will really only drive you crazy, he even mentions that in the book. Try and wait and do once a week. Keep up the good work, it will pay off.
