Sticking with the Gluten Free diet because my allergy is so bad that it is simply not worth it.

I used to eat whatever I wanted, but when I first started the gluten free diet (a little over a year ago)I gained almost twenty pounds within a few months. Since then I have lost ten of the gained pounds, but want to lose the other ten pounds to get back to my previous weight.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
