Hello,
I am 40 years old and feeling like I need a major change in lifestyle to enhance my well being. I am a mother of 2 boys, they are older now 13 & 19 and I want to be around for them as they grow older. I do not feel healthy, low energy, and feel uncomfortable in my own skin.
I married this year to my soul mate and I love him dearly. He is committed to himself and his well being. He works out weekly and looks great. I have added so much weight lately that I do not like to look at myself.
I am on a mission to look better for our trip to Vegas and a lifetime....
