Finally something good has come from having this cold! I've had a cold for the past five or six days or so, and today, it really curbed my appetite. I'm about to go to bed, and I've had less than twenty points. I'm going to have a midnight snack, then go to bed with points still left in the day. I also went over to walmart and got myself an exercise center, including a weight set and a bike. The bike took forever to assemble, and I still need to get some batteries for it. Can't wait to start working out everyday. Yesterday, I briefly mentioned that I think BMI is, how do I say it, bull crap. It takes into consideration only your height and weight and then assigns a number, without taking into consideration anything else. By the BMI standards, I have a BMI of 32, which makes me obese. It also makes Russell Crowe and George Clooney obese, as well as Brad Pitt overweight. If you watch Penn and Teller's Bullsh*t episode about dieting and weight loss, it will reveal the history and the made up facts about weight that are fascinating. I recommend it to everyone... RECOMMEND!
