oh my god . i got on a scale again. shocked. starting again today. gain of 7 lbs since last weighed myself. i did not expect this. i'd started to go to gym few times a week. walked in mall and it was really hard to walk. now i know why. i'm so heavy. it really is a strain to even walk once or twice around the mall. planned meals starting today!
