Not much of a drop but I shouldn't complain considering I ate 4 bites of pecan pie (sans crust) yesterday. It was tasty but since I know that any sweets at all throw a wrench into my weight loss efforts I'm glad I was able to halt the temptation right there. My journey has been going on for over a year now. My starting weight was 242. I'm at 176. I didn't find FS until I was below 190. Keto works for me when I follow the plan. I'm not hungry all the time even though I eat only once or twice a day most days. Food is always tempting though.
