Happy to say that I stopped eating dinner when I felt full tonight..and did not finish everything on my plate....even though it was all measured out and the calories accounted for!

That does not happen very often...I usually want all my calories and then some...plus I'm a life long member of the clean plate club.

This healthy eating must be taking hold!! ;)
