BP: 121/74 BMI: 30 (Moderately Obese)

I can't stand my BMI having any part of obese associated with it. I have cut back on going out and increased my physical activity and my weight has increased....wtf?
100.2 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
