Today was a very good day because I am happy about all the new online support available. I still have half my water to drink but I will get it all down before I go to bed. I am still having trouble getting 12-15 veggie carbs a day I think because I am using carbs for diet drinks with aspartame which I shouldn't be having. They are an addiction I haven't completely broken yet but i'm trying. I did eat 1/2 an avocado today to increase my fat percentages. My biggest challenge is to find recipes because I am eating the same plain foods over and over in Induction and I am getting bored. I am not really a cook so I have to develop that talent now to succeed at Atkins. I've been spoiled in the past by my husband doing all the cooking at home. I also keep getting on the scale every day which is not good but it hasn't been really bugging me either.
