Getting there.... I know the dates in my Weight History are wrong (I amended them and now can't put them back to where they should be) but this is the difference in my body shape since the end of January. I got to nearly goal then put on half a stone. Through Keto eating I'm now back to 1 kg below the first image.

Well done! I have been trying to do LCHF and keeping carbs between 20-30 grams, but I am going at a snails pace for losing. Again this is my fault, as I have had a few days of cheating because of various things going on in my life at the moment. So seeing your progress has encouraged me to keep going.
