Hey EFS/FS-ers!! I'm on day 3 of EFS and have been about 90% on program. It's hard when there are office parties and lunches, but I've managed to be disciplined! So far I've done all of the cardio and have stuck to the diet except for a few times (at the party and luncheon). I hope that EFS will get my metabolism back in gear! I'm off to do my 60 minutes of cardio in just a bit! I have to admit that I'm kind of dreading the weekend when it will definitely test my discipline.
