Been havin' a great few days and it's because I've decided to. In every minute of every day,there is always an opportunity to choose the right. My personal goal is to loose 10 lbs. by March 31st & I'm half way there! In the past, I've allowed myself to accept excuse after excuse...from myself. Exserting self control is difficult, but I'm looking at the bigger picture, or perhaps I should say, the smaller me! =)
