Went to a potluck dinner, stayed pretty much on Atkins but had wine. More than one glass, and when I came home made myself a stiff drink! Bad me!
74.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
