ii am finally creepy at an all time snail pace to my goal. i dont eat as much cracker are my enemy right now. i am eating more veggie options just because i like them more. still maintaining going to the gym and my goal for this month is to find the track. i have to give spin class extra thought it is miserable since the heat wave and the crappy gym is so hot. i just dont like it i know sweating is a good thing but it wears me out besides there is a zumba party downstairs smiles. i have been tracking my food the goal now is not eat. i can not wait until i am 130 and rockin it close but no cigar
