Not eating well, I'm a bit sick (okay, a lot sick) so I haven't been able to workout. Actually I thought that it's been more a week than I weighted myself (I thought it was last Saturday, not just 3 days ago haha, yeah I'm THAT sick) I feel a bit better today so I thought I'd go out for a run in the afternoon, the fresh air might do me some good.
