One week in...getting more used to my new "normal". Couple of good things happened this week: numbers inching slowly downward; RA/Fibro calmed down due to eating 100% on plan; found out a program through my job to get diabetes testing supplies FREE, unlimited.
Couple of not-so-good things this week: hubs has a DVT and must now add yet another med to his regimen; as if Crohn's wasn't enough, now this; totally failed at loggin this week and I have NO desire to back-fill, too tedious. So my challenges are bombed for this week, lol.
I have tried several places for logging foods, journaling my journey, etc., etc. and I cannot decide which one to stick with. Honestly, it's a tie between here and one other place, and each one has features that I love; I just wish the features of the 2 could be combine, then I'd be happier than a pig in slop!
For now, I will visit both. The longer I am at this, maybe I will decide in favor of one. Haha, you haveta love cut and paste though! I am only journaling one time, and will copy the post into the other site! :)
