Been under the weather the past few days. Haven't felt like eating much because I can't taste anything and I'm really stuffy. Trying to eat better today than yesterday.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
