Congrats!! You can do this! I started at 430 pounds end of February this year. Like you I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (in January). Started out low carb then found Keto. It's been a life saver for me! Blood sugars under control 95-120, and down over 40 pounds so far. Inflammation in my body has gone way down as well. As much as I used to eat, it's nice to rarely even be hungry and not have my life revolve around food.
For us, this will take awhile. It's not a quick fix. But it is sooo doable! Best of luck to you on your journey! Much better health (and happiness) ahead 😊

Any loss is motivation for me. I lose usually between 0.2-0.5 to everyone else 2-5 pounds. Keep up the great work.
