Still working through Home Chef meals. Tomorrow's lunch, Turkey and Butternut Squash Chili, will be the last of them.

Today I had a savory MiM for breakfast, the first in a long time.

Still trying to balance my Calorie Breakdown:
Carbohydrate (10%)
Fat (69%)
Protein (21%)

It will be easier once the HC meals are used up ;)

I haven't started exercising yet. It's just too darn hot. Maybe I'll get up extra early tomorrow, when it is cooler. If I feel I have enough energy. My metabolism is really low, not sure how to measure that. My basal body temperature has been running really low, about 95.8º. Maybe it will rise, if I exercise and eat right ;) One can only hope~

Good, better, best. Never let it rest. 'Til your good is better and your better is best.

What is MiM? I'm still learning acronyms. -- My temperature has always been low; if I measure "normal" that's already a fever. Didn't realize it could be influenced. Always learning! (Though ever surprised at what wasn't taught, or was mistaught, in health class.
